Always check the MPTS yourself
This is a helping tool, not the source of truth. It reads PTS, which does not yet include anything posted on the MPTS since the last update, so a recent training or promotion may be missing here. Policy can change too, and these checks may fall behind it.
Check the MPTS for anything recent, and confirm against the current regulations before you act on a result. If something looks wrong, tell Pipiska. so it can be fixed. Promotion authority, discipline, activity and any recent MPTS changes still need an official check.

Find personnel whose current PTS profile passes both the FEAT and RST promotion checks. Narrow the list by branch, rank or name before reviewing it.
Promotion checks
The roster supplies the FEAT result. Saved RST checks load immediately, while up to three profiles are refreshed automatically each minute.
R2 personnel are excluded. The number of profiles comes from the current roster, so the cycle automatically becomes shorter or longer as that group changes.
Up to three RST profiles are checked each minute. The roster itself updates every ten minutes.
